* 9:00 - Pedestrian (6 Km) PR2 LSA Schist Path of Lousã - Route of Schist Villages
* 12:30 - Lunch Pic-nic
* Free time to enjoy the river beach which is next to the castle.
* 17: 30-19: 30 Practice Yoga Outdoor (Kriyá, Pranayama, Asana, and Meditation Yoganidrá)
* 20:00 Dinner at the Inn
* 21:30 Sat Sanga (Mantra and 7 major Chakras)
SUNDAY 10 JULY
* Dawn 7: 30- 8:45 Outdoor Yoga Practice (Kriyá, pranayama and surya namaskar)
* Breakfast in Bed included in sleep
