You need to pay attention to your free time and be realistic.
Make a General Plan of the Week with the main objectives and times

Then, if you need it, you can adapt because sometimes we realize that some things work better in another order
You can write your plan in a personal notebook or you can use an application.
I like Google Keep is a simple application.
Do not waste too much time making the weekly plan choose the best way
I make a plan a day from Monday to Sunday (compared to the example) normally week to week is similar,
I do not waste much time just make a copy and change the date other times I do not want to keep history and just change the date. You can change during the week if you need or leave the weekend for later if you do not have everything planned yet.
Motivation is an important part, in my case, I like to record activities and other things that make sense to me in Google Drive excel.
For example:
Yoga Classes - Date, Start and End Time Type of Yoga other observations
Hiking - Date, location description, calories, km, group with whom I walked, price
You can add fields as you want ...
It is interesting at the end of the month / year to have information about my activities.
It is a source of inspiration for next month, but You can have another way to get motivated.
Sometimes it is impossible to make my plan if something I did not expect happens, so I have to adjust and continue in the next activity.
This is one method, there are many others you should find one that works for you.
