* 20:00 - Dinner
* 21:30 - Sat Sanga opening - Presentation of the proposal and the beginning of Mouna
Saturday 24
* 7:00 to 8:30 - Class Yoga (Asana, pranayama, Kriyá, Yoganidrá and Dhyána)
* 9:00 - Breakfast
* 13:00 - Lunch
* 18:00 to 19:30 - Class Yoga (Asana, pranayama, Kriyá, Yoganidrá and Dhyána)
* 20:00 - Dinner
Sunday 25
* 7:00 to 8:30 - Class Yoga (Asana, pranayama, Kriyá, Yoganidrá and Dhyána)
